Since becoming pregnant, I’ve had to shift the way I style myself. Every silhouette that I used to wear and like to style, no longer fit my changing body and/or literally DON’T FIT. With this evolution of style, I have started playing with color.

When I say I have been experimenting with color, I have tried to find modern and simplistic pieces that can not only grow with me, but that I can mix in to my already monochromatic wardrobe. That’s why I loved this dress from Caroline Constas. It was a perfect mix of on trend styling, a pop of color that mixed perfectly with a camo jacket, and a loose silhouette that will keep me comfortable until “B-Day” (aka the day I squeeze something the size of a watermelon out something the size of a lemon).

Along with being so excited I found this super comfy and chic dress, I am over the moon that fatigue is back in. Utilizing camo with pops of color, brings back your girly side with such a masculine print. My favorite colors to pair with fatigue are red, duh, gold, dark berry, and rose. These pops of color keep your fatigue wear fresh and clean.

All in all, finding silhouettes that are comfy and colors that are flattering will be my main MO during this pregnancy. I will have to channel my inner chick to play with color while still feeling myself. This will take a lot of scouring some of my favorite online shops and maxing my credit card until she busts. A mom blogger’s job is never done.
